The Bend Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) expanded in 2013 to a 25,000 square-foot facility off of NE 27th St. directly across the street from the previous location, and within minutes of St. Charles Health System. Part of the VA Portland Health Care System, the Bend CBOC now offers additional services to support the 6,500-plus Central Oregon area veterans the facility serves, reducing the need to travel as well as improving the healthcare experience of patients. Services include Audiology, Business Office, Clinical Pharmacist, HUD/VASH, Laboratory Services, Mental Health Services, Optometry/Eye, Physical Therapy, Primary Care, Sleep Studies, and Tele-Specialty Services. Enrollment is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Clinic hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. The lab opens at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Please note: There are NO EMERGENCY SERVICES at this location.
