Thank you for your interesting in submitting photos for the first ever Visit Bend Photo Book (don’t worry, the name will be a lot cooler when we’re done).
Submissions are being sought in the following five categories:
- Landscapes
- Wildlife
- People
- Recreation
- Urban/Lifestyle
You can submit a total of up to twelve photos spread across any of the categories mentioned above. The deadline for submissions is September 1, 2019.
Please fill out the form below to be granted access to a folder for your uploads through Google Drive. All photos should be submitted with a resolution on the long edge of 2048 pixels. If your photo is selected, at that time we will request a print-resolution .tiff file for the book. Please be sure that all images submitted will be able to be printed at a minimum resolution of 220 dots per inch at up to twelve inches on the long edge. If you’re submitting for a spread, the image must be able to print at 220 dots per inch at up to twenty-four inches on the long edge. Any image shot on a camera with at least 20mp should handle this request with no issues. That breaks down to 5,000×4,000 for a resolution, digitally.
