Making the Most of a Central Oregon Mountain Biking Holiday!

mountain biking

The snow is melting, the trails are tacky; there is nothing better than a day spent atop two big wheels, rolling over some of the country’s best single-track.  Bend, Oregon is famous for an excellent network of mountain biking trails.  Just a short ride from your downtown hotel room, the Phil’s Trail network is just the beginning.

Don’t waste a minute of your mountain bike holiday fumbling with maps or trying to coordinate a car-shuttle from the McKenzie Ranger Station back up to the trailhead. Give Cog Wild Bicycles Tours a call and they will make sure your bike and riding plans are dialed in.

Cog Wild, Bend’s only mountain bike tour operator, runs shuttles on the famous McKenzie River Trail and will show you the ropes on the North Umpqua River Trail.  After a full day of riding on the North Umpqua, you will return to camp with cold beer, dinner, and a campfire waiting.

Want to stay closer to Bend?  Reserve your spot on the Bike & Brew Tour, showing off the best single-track and microbrews Bend has to offer, or arrange for a private guide to show you the way from Bend to Bachelor and back again.
