Bringing the best Portland’s indie rock culture to Central Oregon, the PDXchange concert series kicks off this month at the Tower Theater. Conceived and executed by Bend local, Henry Abel, the PDXchange Program is focused on bringing Portland-based bands across the Cascades and pairing them with a local opening act. The first two shows have been confirmed and tickets are on sale at the Tower Theater (www.towertheater.org) and The Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District for just 15 bucks.
