Jason has been a Bend local his entire 43 years and looks forward to many more to come. Jason enjoys spending time with his family and playing outdoors. He has spent all of his formative years playing on the rivers, lakes, mountains and trails of Central and Eastern Oregon.
What’s Your Favorite Bend Adventure?
I enjoy anything that involves playing outside. I especially love to white water raft and mountain bike. My favorite thing to do in the city of Bend is eat great food and enjoying the many great music talents that visit the amphitheater or any one of the smaller venues Bend has to offer.
What’s Your Favorite Dining Spot?
My favorite place to eat is Bend Brewing Company. I have been a fan of their fish and chips since BBC opened in 1995 and my son and I enjoy their wings as often as possible. I also enjoy the Pine Tavern for their fresh honey butter scones and fantastic meatloaf.
Best Piece Of Advice For First Time Visitors To Bend?
Take the time to chat with the locals. You will find that the locals in our town are very friendly and are eager to share how awesome our town is with visitors. You may even make a new friend in your new favorite place to vacation. Who knows?
